Ordering starts in September. Of course, you are free to contact us any time of year should you need more information or have special ordering requests.

Yes, you can add more than one tree to your order, and they can be a mixture of varieties and sizes; however, they all need to be delivered to the same address. If you have multiple delivery addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

There are two key factors to choose a tree: 1) the size or how much space is available for the tree in your office or home. 2) the kind or what tree works better with your ornaments, allergies or décor. We include some “tree stats” to help you compare the types of trees.

As with any living being, every tree is unique, and it may vary from the sample photographs. All our trees are hand-trimmed to a beautiful shape.

The height measured from the tip of the tree to the bottom of the pot. All trees, regardless of size, are be measured including the pot, which in most cases is 14 to 16 inches high. This allows you to estimate how tall the tree will stand in your room.

The tree will be within three inches of the listed height or may run taller. This variation is due to measurements taken in a natural environment and growth between measurement and rental. The top of the tree may not be cut, so make sure you have enough ceiling space, including any ornament you prefer. If you are choosing a tree to stand close to your ceiling, let us know the precise height, and we will make sure it isn't too tall.

Simple. Just complete the online checkout process. We accept all major credit / debit cards and the order will include the shipping and taxes depending on your location. Once the order is confirmed, your tree will be reserved and prepared for delivery. If you prefer, we can also take your order over the phone.

We keep a detailed stock count of the trees available for rent and our ordering system will not allow you to order out of stock trees. Barring unexpected damage from seasonal storms, the tree you select will be delivered.

Yes. Call us before placing your order online if you need a very specific size or have other special requests for your trees.

No, but we do carry the recommended LED lights for your tree. They are available as an add-on during the checkout process.

Yes. We offer cancellation and refund options. Make sure to check our terms of service for details. Remember, once the tree has left the nursery shipping fees are non refundable.
