Ordering starts on October 1st. but you are free to contact us should you need more information or have special ordering requests.

Yes, you can add more than one tree to your order and each tree can be different kind and size, however they all need to be delivered to the same address. If you have multiple delivery addresses, you need to place an order for each.

There are two key factors to choose a tree: 1) the size or how much space is available for the tree in your office or home. 2) the kind or what tree works better with your ornaments, allergies or décor. We include tree “stats” to help you compare the type of trees.

As with any living being, every tree is unique, and it may vary from the sample photographs. All our trees are hand-trimmed to get a beautiful Christmas tree shape.

We try to keep our tree size as accurate as described, however, the trees may run up to 6 inches taller. When selecting the tree, make sure you have enough ceiling space as the trees cannot be cut at the top to make them fit.

The tree height is from the bottom of the pot to the top of the tree. All trees, regardless of size will be measured including the pot, which in most cases is 14 to 16 inches high.

Simple. Just complete the online checkout process. We accept all major credit / debit cards and the order will include the shipping and taxes depending on your location. Once the order is confirmed, your tree will be reserved and prepared for delivery. We can also take your order over the phone, if you prefer.

We keep a detailed stock count of the trees available for rent and our online ordering system will not allow you to order out of stock trees.

Yes. Call is ahead of placing your order online if you need a specific (not listed) size or request for the tree.

No, but we do have lights for sale. In our store we carry recommended LED lights you can order at the same time you rent the tree.

Yes. We offer cancellation and refund options. Make sure to check our terms of service for details. Remember, once the tree has left the nursery shipping fees are non refundable.
