Delivery starts in the last week of November. During checkout, you will select a "no earlier than" date, and we will deliver the tree as close to that date as possible - usually within three days, although more remote areas may be have a longer delay. We will send you a confirmation email with the date we will be delivering the tree to your office or home.
This is not generally possible because our trees can't be kept indoors for more than 30 days. If you have a special request that can accommodate this, such as a return before Christmas, call us and we may be able to help.
Maybe. To keep delivery costs as low, we plan our delivery routes as efficiently as possible. Although we will make every effort possible to accommodate your request, we are not able to guarantee delivery exactly as requested.
Please call us to correct the issue as soon as possible. If a delivery attempt has already been made to the incorrect address, additional charges will apply to deliver the tree again.
Yes. During checkout you may add instructions like gate codes, landmarks for hard to find homes, and instructions for our drivers or any other information needed to deliver you tree. Please be as specific as necessary, as failed deliveries due to incomplete delivery are non-refundable and re-delivery will incur an additional charge.
Our delivery service includes placement outside at ground level near your door. If you would like your tree brought into your home, please see the next question.
Arrangements for in-home delivery can be made with the driver; a gratuity is expected. If you need this service, please indicate so during checkout and we will let the driver know. An adult must be present to sign a waiver for in-home delivery. Please note that we are unable to place your tree above the ground floor deliveries unless the building has an elevator.
Only if an elevator is available. Due to the weight of the tree and risk of injury and property damage, our drivers are not permitted to climb stairs with the trees. No exceptions.
We would prefer that you are present, but you may indicate at checkout if you would like us to leave the tree in your driveway or by your door if no one is home. Delivery charges are non-refundable if we are unable to leave the tree. For in-home delivery, an adult must be present to supervise and sign a waiver. No exceptions.
Tree pickups begin after Christmas, generally in the order they were delivered. During checkout, you may request that we pick you tree up after a certain date, but remember that rental is limited to 30 days, so we are are only able to accommodate late pickups if your tree was delivered later. If you need your tree picked up before a particular date (including Christmas), please indicate this in the order notes. This is particularly important if you will be going on vacation or the tree is in an office that will be closed.
No. Before Christmas, we will text or email you your scheduled pickup date, and we will send a reminder the day before the pickup. Just put the tree in your driveway the night before. Remember to remove all decorations and lights and most importantly, water the tree, even if it is outside!
Only if you will not be able to able to water the tree daily after a certain date. This is particularly important if you will be going on vacation or the tree is in an office that will be closed.
