Delivery of trees start on the last week of November. We will send you a confirmation email with the date we will be delivering the tree to your office or home. We welcome a delivery date range which suits you best. You can enter the dates during the check out process in the comments section. No second floor deliveries unless the building has an elevator.
No. Our trees are not supposed to be indoors for more than 30 days, but you can call us with a special request and we may be able to help.
Maybe. To keep delivery costs low, we will plan our delivery routes as efficiently as possible and although we will make every effort possible to accommodate your request, we are not able to guarantee delivery exactly as requested. No second floor deliveries unless the building has an elevator.
Most likely not. If your zip code is not in our delivery zones, most likely we cannot deliver the tree. You can call us to confirm, as sometimes the distance between zip codes can be minimal.
Please call us to correct the issue. If a delivery attempt has already been made to the incorrect address, additional charges will apply to deliver the tree again.
Yes, at checkout we include a field to add instructions like gate codes, landmarks for hard to find homes, and instructions for our drivers or any other information that can help make delivery of your tree convenient for both you and us. No second floor deliveries unless the building has an elevator. Also let us know a "date range" for delivery which suits you.
Delivery cost is to bring the tree to your driveway. Our drivers will not bring the tree into your office or home unless “in-home” delivery has been requested when ordering the tree. No second floor deliveries unless the building has an elevator.
Yes. At checkout, you can request in-home delivery. Our driver will request that you sign an In-home Delivery Waiver when he/she arrives. In-home deliveries are not guaranteed, and they are solely made at the discretion of the driver. No second floor deliveries unless the building has an elevator. If the driver agrees to do an in-home delivery, a $10 fee is required, payable to the driver.

We prefer that you do, however, you can leave instructions at checkout to request leaving the tree in your driveway or office. Remember to include clear delivery instructions with your order, as delivery charges are non-refundable if we are unable to leave the tree in your home or office.
Yes, we offer 10% off your order when 5 or more trees are ordered to the same delivery address the same day. We may also be able to deliver to zip codes outside but close by to our delivery zones when more than 5 trees are ordered. Please give us a call to make the special arrangements.
We start tree pickup between January 2nd and January 10th.
No. We will contact you the night before pick up. Just put the tree in your driveway the night before of the date we are planning to pick it up. Remember to remove all decorations and lights and most importantly, water the tree!
Only if you are not planning on being home during pickup dates. Trees cannot be indoors for more than 30 days, so we need to make sure we can pick up the tree during that time frame.
Yes, but you need to make the request when placing your order. You will find an option in our checkout page to make this request.
Yes. We offer early tree pickup before Christmas and between Christmas and New Year. You must call us at least two weeks prior to reserve pickup during these dates.
